April Jobless Number Dips to 4.1%, But Still Higher than National Average

 The unemployment rate in San Diego County decreased to 4.1% in April, down from a revised 4.4% in March, and above the year-ago estimate of 3.2%, according to figures released Friday by the state Employment Development Department.
